Q: Where is your company located?
A: We are located in Guangzhou, China. Our office address is: 2505, Jiefang Nan 43, Yuexiu, Guangzhou, China. We also have a wholesale store at: #4A012, 4th Floor, Wanling Plaza, Jiefang South Road, Guangzhou, China.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can email us or place an order directly on our website. We will then prepare a price list based on the items you selected.
Q: Why aren't prices shown on your website?
A: Because this is a wholesale business and our website is open to everyone — including your own customers — showing prices publicly would not be in your interest. We also offer different prices to different partners.
Q: Why are some items out of stock?
A: The anime product business moves very fast: some items appear quickly and sell out just as quickly. To avoid the risk of large production runs, we typically order 500 pcs at a time from the factories. Sometimes a batch takes a while to sell out; other times it sells out almost immediately.
Q: I paid for all my items. If some of them never arrive, what happens?
A: All payments are prepaid. After we ship the goods, we prepare a final list with the itemized prices and total cost. If there is any difference, we will either ask you to pay it or refund the difference to you.
Q: What compensation do you offer if items are defective or damaged in transit?
A: If you receive poor-quality or damaged items, simply email us. We will review the goods or your photos and arrange compensation.
Q: How is the shipping cost paid?
A: Our prices do not include any shipping fees, so shipping is paid separately by you. We work with a reliable shipping agent in China and can usually help you reduce shipping costs. If you use our shipping company, you pay the shipping fee together with the cost of the goods. Alternatively, you can choose a shipping company in your own country and pay the shipping fee on your end — most of them have an office in our city (Guangzhou), so you can simply give them our address.
Q: Is it safe to receive the goods?
A: In our experience, the vast majority of shipments arrive safely, so there is no need to worry. We can also recommend safer shipping methods, such as splitting items across different shipments and routes.
Q: I'm not sure whether you can ship to my country.
A: If you are outside China, please email us and we will be happy to confirm.
