1. Legal Terms
All products come from legally operating Chinese factories. This website is simply a wholesale business platform and does not violate Chinese law. Please consider the legal requirements of your own country when selecting items. If any item is unsuitable for you or causes concern, please let us know — just email us directly with the item code.
2. Product Terms
We cannot provide a complete price list because product information changes very quickly, and we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock. We will always do our best to inform you before you confirm your order. The products you receive will match the pictures shown; if there is any difference, we will add a note to let you know in advance. Some items come with good packaging and some do not, and quality can vary between items. For this reason we provide large, high-resolution pictures so you can check the real product, and we do not retouch our photos so that you can judge the true quality.
3. Price Terms
All prices are wholesale prices, quoted in USD and excluding shipping fees, on an FOB Guangzhou, China basis. Prices depend on the order quantity. We see this as a partnership rather than a simple buy-and-sell transaction, and all terms are open to negotiation.
4. Order Terms
Ordering works on a question-and-answer basis. You submit your requirements on our website, and we respond with a price quote. You can then modify or confirm your order based on that quote. Feel free to submit an inquiry at any time — inquiries are not binding orders. An order becomes final only once you confirm it and we receive your payment, so don't worry about mistakes: you can make changes at any time before payment. Once you pay, the order is closed and can no longer be modified. We ship within 3 days. Because stock changes quickly, it is sometimes not possible to ship every item on your list, although most can usually be fulfilled. All payments are prepayments rather than final payments, and the balance is reconciled after shipping is complete.
5. Shipping Terms
You are free to choose your shipping method. We offer EMS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and more, as well as air cargo and sea cargo.
Just tell us your preferred shipping method when you place an order, and we will quote the shipping cost accordingly. You may also use your own local shipping company — most of them have an office in Guangzhou, China — and pay the shipping cost on your end when you collect the goods. We are happy to offer suggestions if you'd like. If you do not pay shipping on your end, you will need to prepay an estimated shipping fee to us, which we will include when we quote the product prices. Please note that shipping is prepaid because we cannot know the exact cost until shipping is complete. Once it is finished, we will give you the final exact shipping cost, and we will collect or refund any difference.
6. Compensation Terms
All goods are packed in cartons, and we usually add extra protection to the packaging. Occasionally, a shipping company may cut open the boxes. If you find any damage to the boxes, please let us know and we will provide compensation. We treat our customers as long-term business partners rather than one-time buyers, so we generally offer full compensation: you do not need to return the goods, and we will refund the full value of any damaged items.
